By accessing and using DevTrack ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DevTrack is a web-based project management and experience tracking tool designed for developers. The Service allows you to:

  • Track and manage development projects
  • Store information about Gmail and GitHub accounts
  • Maintain a library of technology stacks
  • Export project data for resumes and portfolios

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your User Content does not contain malicious code or viruses

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DevTrack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVTRACK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

10. Data Backup

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your User Content. We recommend regularly exporting your project data.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and delete your account.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
